With more than 40 years of experience and a history of 20 years, Reha Textile has outstanding experience in every field of knitwear production. This wide experience includes many steps from design to production, from packaging to shipping.

Reha Textile's reputation, respectability, experience, and manufacturing capacities enabled the company to be involved in the market. The production facilities in Tokat contributed to this involvement to expand even in a greater sense.

    R&D and DESIGN

    We aim for a perfect experience for our customers by developing our technological structure and following manufacturing innovations every day. With our detailed work in the R&D field, we successfully integrate creative solutions into the design and manufacturing process. We control and monitor every process to achieve harmonious designs, to work in line with customers' demands, and consider quality as our priority. We design and produce our products with both aesthetic and commercial approach as well as keeping sustainability on top of our list and always thinking about our customers' taste and signature in fashion.


    SAMPLE

    Before we start manufacturing the product, we supply prototypes to ask for our customers' opinions and wait for approval to start manufacturing.

    Thus, we open up a space to test designs' functionality and to perform demanded rearrangements.


    CUTTING

    After the samples are approved, necessary tests and preliminary checks are performed. Then the samples are processed to the manufacturing unit and final automated cuttings are performed using our latest technology cutting machines.

    Automatic placing software enables the cutting process to become much more productive, faster, and qualified compared to manual cutting.


    SEWING

    Products that are already cut and separated, are then sent to the be sewed in our companies that are adopted according to all quality standards.


    QUALITY CONTROL

    At all stages from cutting to sewing and packaging of products, the process of production is monitored by our experts to ensure the continuity of our quality standards that we have developed according to the demands of our customers.

    All our orders are delivered to our customers for loading approval after the final checks of our in-house quality assurance team is done.
